La Maquinita is the largest coworking space network in Argentina. They offer flexible work solutions such as personal memberships, business solutions, private offices, and meeting rooms. They presented us with the need to increase the number of leads and deals. We identified an opportunity to improve how platforms were being managed through Paid Media and the follow-up that was being done internally by the Commercial area. For this reason, we proposed a new strategy combining Buppa’s Performance and Data Analysis area with the Commercial area.

We created a paid media strategy with lead generation, analyzing which platforms offered the lowest cost per result. This allowed us to focus on Google Ads, targeting locations around our offices and analyzing budgets to maximize spending where needed. We also collaborated with sales consultants who conducted product analysis and developed new solutions. This involved identifying and creating a buyer persona and developing a digital sales funnel. It was crucial to establish sales objectives and KPIs, along with training and support in HubSpot Sales and Digital Sales and Prospecting.
